- In this Order, the Commission invites interested parties to respond to a set of initial questions included in Appendix A.
- In addition, we invite parties to comment on the scope of questions in this inquiry, and identify any additional issues that the parties suggest are relevant to the topic of incentives for customers of gas and electric utilities
- We invite comment from interested parties on the included list of goals.
- We do not expect that all parties will respond to all questions in Appendix A or goals listed.
- We establish October 31, 2008, as the deadline for submission of the first round of comments. Parties shall file the original and three copies of comments and attachments, and shall also file their material electronically with the Commission in executable file formats to the extent possible.
