Preferences
To help you be more productive, we have provided a number of options that allow you to customize the site to present the information that is most important to you.

From the home page, locate and click Preferences on the navigation menu, located on the navigation bar, toward the left-hand side of the screen.

Each option is described in more detail in what follows.

General
Number of search results per page Whenever you perform a search, or view a list of results, this is the number of results you will see on a page. Note: this number is not used to restrict search results in the filing wizard.
 
Filing Center
Number of days to display filings Choose the number of days after which filings are no longer to be displayed on the filings tab of the filing center.
Unviewed service of process email reminders Courtesy reminders can optionally be sent automatically by E-Filings to tell you of documents that have been served on you, but you have not yet viewed. You may choose one of No Reminders, Daily, Every Other Day, or Every Third Day. If you choose to receive reminders, they will continue to be sent on the schedule you specify until you have opened the document in E-Filings.
Filed Documents Check this box to display the filings that you created in the filing center.
Documents Served on Me Check this box to display the documents served on you in the filing center.
Documents Filed on My Behalf Check this box to display the set of documents that were filed on your behalf. If no one is authorized to file on your behalf, its a good idea to leave this option unchecked.
Don't Display Documents After I've Viewed Them When you check this box, filings that you view will not be displayed in the filing center.
Don't Display Closed Proceedings When you check this box, closed proceedings will not be displayed on the proceedings tab in the filing center.
Send Messages to My Email Address When you check this box, all system generated alerts and notifications will be sent to your email address in addition to being displayed on the Messages tab of the filing center.
 
 
 
Buttons
Save Saves your changes (if any) and returns you to the filing center.
Cancel Returns you to the filing center without saving your changes.
