Index of Historical Docket and Decision DATA
The Legacy, High Profile Dockets index provides links to major decisions and major docket filings. The New Energy pages link to Commission activity related to historical new energy legislation. The Docket and Decision Indices below provide searchable docket/decision data. Once you discover a decision you require, you may obtain the actual decision from our Decisions Library (housing individual decision files and zipped archives of decisions issued mid-1997 to present and some older). Major case decisions are archived by docket. The <Find> function, keystroke < Ctrl - f > is useful for decision searches by docket within these library folders . The Dockets Filings / Activity buttons at left link to data reports which were generated from the Commission's docketing database. The keystroke < Ctrl - f > is useful for data searches within these files. Many data fields are not populated because the field does not apply to the particular docket, or because of inadvertent omission, or because the fields were created after the origination of the particular docket. Decisions older than mid-1994 are usually not available in electronic media but may be scanned by our Information Center Staff upon request.
