From the disclosure center, locate and click Register on the navigation menu, located toward the left-hand side of the screen.

To register an HOA, you will use the HOA Registration Wizard. The wizard makes registration easier by presenting manageable pieces of related information on a series of panels. Each panel is described in more detail in what follows. If you need more detailed information about a panel, follow the hot link on the panel's name.

As you use the registration wizard, you will notice that it keeps track of where you are in the registration process. Each step is displayed in an area toward the top of the wizard, with the current step highlighted.

You begin the registration process by filling in the fields on the Association Page panel.

Use the Association page to describe the home owners association, including it's name, Colorado Secretary of State id number, number of units and so forth. Provide a value for each field and press the Continue button when you are satisfied that the information you entered is correct.

On the Agent/Agency page, if you represent the HOA, choose the option entitled I am the designated agent. If you are registering the HOA on behalf of someone else, choose Someone else is the designated agent and fill in the contact information for that person.

On the Other page, you specify the name of the common interest community and the intial date of recording of the declaration. You may also optionally specify the reception number and the book and page for the main document that constitutes the declaration.

Use the Attest page to review the information you've entered and to attest to it's accuracy.

The navigation buttons appear on each page of the wizard and allow you to move from one page to the next and back again. Each button is described in more detail:

Back	Disabled on the first page of the wizard, the back button navigates the wizard to the previous page.
Continue	Navigates to the next page of the wizard.
Cancel	Returns to the HOA Registration homepage without saving any information.
Finish	Displayed on the final wizard page, the finish button submits your information; and displays the Disclosure Center.
