To access the HOA Registration system, you must have a valid logon id and password.
From the home page, locate and click HOA Contact Registration on the navigation menu, located
toward the left-hand side of the screen.
To sign up and obtain an account on the HOA Registration system, you will use the Registration
Wizard. The wizard makes registration easier by presenting manageable pieces of related
information on a series of panels. Each panel is described in more detail in what follows.
If you need more detailed information about a panel, follow the hot link on the panel's
name.
As you use the registration wizard, you will notice that it keeps track of where you are
in the registration process. Each step is displayed in an area toward the top of the
wizard, with the current step highlighted.
You begin the process of creating your account by filling in the fields on the
Account panel.
Use the
account page to supply a value for your basic logon
information. Provide a value for each field and press the Continue button
when you are satisfied that the information you entered is correct.
Enter your address and phone number information on the
contact page.
On the
role page, you provide a little more information
about how you intend to use the HOA Registration application.
You must
attest as to your identity and acceptance of the terms before you may use
the HOA Registration system and this page captures and saves your attestation.
The navigation buttons appear on each page of the wizard and allow you to
move from one page to the next and back again. Each button is described
in more detail:
