Making a Payment
When an HOA's annual revenue exceeds $5,000.00, a small registration fee is owed to the Division of Real Estate. When you register such an HOA, you have the option of paying the required registration fee at the time of registration, or at a later time (as when you are registering multiple HOAs at the same time and prefer to pay for all registrations once).

An HOA's registration does not become active until you have paid the registration fee.

Begin making a payment by clicking on the Make Payment button, located on the navigation bar toward the left hand side of the screen. The Make payment screen is displayed:

A list is displayed of all of the HOAs that currently need to be paid for. You have the option of payment for one HOA, or as many as you wish. Use the check boxes located in the left-most column to choose the HOAs you wish to pay for. Press the Continue button when you are ready to proceed.
