Note that the system now has enough information to calculate the full amount of the payment, which is
displayed toward the bottom of the page. In addition to the fee for each HOA, the transaction and
credit card service fees are calculated and added to your total.
Press the Continue button when you are ready to proceed.
When you press the continue button, the system displays a dialog box asking
you to confirm that you want to make the payment and that the system will
temporarily navigate you to the State of Colorado Payment Website, where
you will use a credit card to make payment.
Follow the instructions on the State of Colorado Payment Website.
When you have finished with the State of Colorado Payment Website, you will be returned to the Division of Real Estate's HOA Registration website.
