After you have filled out and submitted a permit application to the Colorado
Public Utilities Commission, there are one of three possible results:
- The application is approved and a permit is issued.
- The application has been evaluated by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission and is missing information that you must supply.
- The application has been rejected.
If the status displayed on the
carrier home page is
pending, then you
can obtain additional information by clicking on the hot link (see figure 1).

A new screen appears, displaying a list of information that may be causing your application to be delayed (see figure 2).

In addition to missing items, the screen also displays a record of
any letters that have been sent to you, if any.
