The Carrier Home page is displayed to carriers just after logging in.
It shows you the most important information that the system offers. With
it, you can track the status of all of the permit applications that you
have submitted with the online services system and begin creating new
permit applications.
The screen is divided up into two sections, each of which is described
in more detail in what follows.
The topmost area of the screen displays a list of all of the permits
you have submitted online (see figure 1). The status column gives you immediate, up
to date feedback on the condition of each permit. When the status is
pending, the hot link brings up a detailed list of any
issues
that have been identified by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.

Under the
permit number heading, the hot links allow you to
review permit applications when the permit has not yet been issued.
When a permit has been issued, this link allows you to view and print
the issued permit.
For your convenience, at any time, you may continue any previously
incompleted permit applications simply by pressing the
Continue button
located in the Needs Action! column. Likewise, you may save an
application at any point in the process, and come back to it later
without having to start over.
You may delete an incomplete permit application by clicking on the button labelled X. Once
a permit application has been submitted, it may no longer be deleted.
To start a new application, choose an application from the drop-down
list (located toward the upper right hand corner of the screen) and
press the
new button.
This section gives you a button that takes you to the page that allows
you to purchase stamps.
