Step by Step Instructions
Step 1: Logon to Online System
- At the DORA Imaged Documents Online screen, click on the 'Click here to view documents'
button
Step 2: Select Type of Image to View
- Select Division of Real Estate Disciplinary Documents and click
the Logon button.
Step 3: Review and Select one of the three Search Criteria options
Step 4: Enter Search Criteria
Your search will
produce a maximum of 1000 records per search even though the actual number of records may
be greater. To narrow your search and minimize the wait time, enter as much search
information as possible.
For Company or Last Name. Use this option to enter the correct
spelling of the licensee's last name or company name.
For Licensing Board. Use the drop down list to specify the name
of the State licensing board or program. This search option will produce all records
on the system for the specified board.
For Other Search Options. Seven fields are displayed and can be
used to search. Any combination of these fields may be used to narrow your search for
records.
The system is intended to search for a range of data. When using Other Search
Options, information can be entered into both fields in the right and left columns, but is not required.
The column on the left is the beginning value field and the one on
the right is the ending value field. If you want to find a field equal to something, put
the same value in both the beginning value field and ending value field. If you
leave the right column blank when you have entered a value in the left column, the search
will look for everything greater than or equal to the left column. The majority of
the time, you will enter the same data in both the left and right columns. For example, if
you are looking for John Smith you would enter John in both the left and right First Name
columns, and Smith in both the Last Name columns.
If you are unsure of the spelling, you can type a portion of the word and the system will return everything beginning with those characters.
For example, if you enter Bro, you will receive alll of the records that begin with Bro, which will include Brown, Brower, Brother, etc...

- Click on the record you want to retrieve.

- Click on the image link and the document will appear. Other sizing options will
appear on the left side of your screen.
Step 8: Printing Documents
- Using Page Setup set printer margins at .25 on all four sides (top, bottom, left,
right).
- Click the Print link to print the record. If you use your Control+P
command or the Print command in the browser, it will print the entire screen. Or you can download the image and print it from your desktop.
Please keep in mind that the original size displayed on your screen (Scale: 45%) is
best for printing the image on Letter Size paper. Any changes in size will directly affect
the size of the printed record. What you see on the screen is the approximate size of a
printed version.
The Click to Print button will only print the page that appears on the screen. To
print a multi-page document, you must use the Next Page option and print one page at a
time. Or you can save the entire document and then print it.
Step 9: Saving Documents
- Save the page image on your screen by right clicking your mouse on the image. The
saving process is different depending on whether you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer
5.0 (or higher) or Netscape 4.7.
- Save a multi-page document by right clicking your mouse on the Get TIFF Document link in
the left frame and click on Save Target As. Rename the document with a .tif file
extension. Make sure you have the free browser plug-in AlternaTIFF to view or print
any TIFF images you save.
Step 10: New Search
- Click on Return to Record Search in the left frame to begin a new search.
