The Performance Planning page includes a summary
list of all performance plans currently in the system for each
DORA staff member.

While you are logged into the system,
click on this icon to
return to your main Performance Planning page.

If you are a non-supervisory employee, you will only have access
to your own Performance Planning Page. If you supervise one or more
positions you will have access to the Performance Planning
page for all positions that you oversee.
From this page, select a plan to work with
by clicking the radio button next to that plan.
Then click on the appropriate button needed to work
with that plan. The button options available
include the following:
- Create Plan
- Click on the Create Plan button
to start a new performance plan for the person
listed at the top of the Performance Planning Page.
Note: If you do not have any plans entered into the system,
the Create Plan button is the only button that will be presented to you.
- Copy Plan
- Use the Copy Plan button to
create a new performance plan by copying the job duties,
goals and measures from the selected
performance plan.
- Modify Plan
- Click on the Modify Plan button
to enter perform any of the following tasks for the
selected performance plan:
- Enter or update Job Duties, Goals and Measures
- Add optional elements to the standard Behavioral Factors
- Add weights to Job Duties and Behavioral Factors
- Sign the plan
- View/Print Plan
- Click on the View/Print Plan button to
view or optionally print the selected performance plan
in its entirety.
- Delete Plan
- Click on the Delete Plan button
to remove the selected performance plan from the system.
You will be asked to verify the delete request
before it is carried out. Note:
Plans with job duties assigned may not be deleted
from the system.
If you are a supervisor:
The bottom portion of your main Performance Planning
page will include a list of names and job classifications
for all of the employees that you directly supervise.
You may enter the main Performance Planning page for
any of these employees by clicking on their name from this list.
Manage Positions
- If you are a supervisor,
click on this icon to set up or modify
your list of positions.
