Creating a New Performance Plan
Use the Create New Performance Plan
page to start a new performance plan for yourself or
one of your supervised employees. Access this page
by clicking on the Create Plan button found on
the Performance Planning page.
The following fields will be brought over from the
database when you request to open a new performance plan:
Employee Name, Job Class and Agency Name. After verifying
this information, you will need to enter the following:
Reason
Click the radio button corresponding to the
type of plan that you are creating. This will default
to 'Annual'.
Start Date
Enter the beginning date for the appraisal period
using mm/dd/yyyy format (eg: use 5/1/2000
as the start date when creating a new annual plan
for fiscal year 2001).
End Date
Enter the end date of the appraisal period using
mm/dd/yyyy format (eg: use 4/30/2001
as the end date when creating a new annual plan
for fiscal year 2001).
Click on the OK button to create the new performance plan and
go to the New Plan page. From here you can
add job duties, goals and measures to the newly
created plan.
Click on the Cancel button to ignore the request
to create a new plan
and return to the Performance Planning page.
