Performance Planning and Management
Help Creating a New Plan

The New Plan page contains four main sections that you can use to create and maintain a performance plan:

General Information

Click on the Update General Information button if you need to change any of the following information for the selected plan:

  • Name
  • Job Classification or Agency Name
  • Reason (Annual or Interim) for Plan
  • Start Date or End Date

Current Status

This section lists the sequence of events relating to the selected performance plan. A completed event is identified by a check beside the sequence. Depending on the status of the plan this area might also include buttons which can be used to add the following events to the plan:

  • Finalize weights for a plan. (Supervisors only)
  • Add signature to the plan.
  • Initial off on all modifications made to the plan after it has been signed.
  • Enter initials and dates to record progress reviews held.
