I can't log in, and I need to report my affiliations. What's going on?

If you've never used the online system before, you need to request a logon id and password. Use the Request logon id link located on the left hand side of the screen.

Who can use this system?

Insurance producers and responsible producers licensed in the State of Colorado may use this system to file their required affiliation disclosure reports. Persons who have filed an application for an insurance license, but have not yet been issued one, may register using their application number.

Do I have to pay anything to use this service?

When you file your affiliations with the Colorado Affiliated Business Online Services system, there is never a fee to file.

Will I need special software or hardware in order to use the Colorado Affiliated Business Online Services System?

You will need Internet access and a standard Internet browser to use the online system. No other special software or hardware is required. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later is recommended.

When is the Colorado Affiliated Business Online Services system available?

The online system is accessible from 1:00am through midnight every day.

Can I use the same logon id and account if I move to a new agency?

If your email address changed as a result of your move, you must re-register with your new email address. However, if your email address stays the same, your account stays with you regardless of the agency you work for.

Why has my logon id stopped working?

Accounts that have not had any activity for 24 months will be deactivated. You must contact the Colorado Affiliated Business Online Services Administrator to re-activate your account. If you originally registered using an application number instead of a license number, you must re-register once you recieve a license number.

Are my online transactions secure and private?

Access to the online system is available only to those individuals with a valid logon id and password. Starting with the logon page, all transactions sent to and from the online system are encrypted. All passwords and other sensitive information are stored in an encrypted form.

What will the personal information entered when I created my online account be used for?

Your personal information (phone number, email address, etc.) will only be used by the online system and the Colorado Division of Insurance to correspond with you concerning your affiliation reports with the State of Colorado.

What should I do if I encounter a system error?

If you encounter a system error, please contact the Colorado Division of Insurance. Please be ready to provide as much information about the error as possible. Include any specific error messages that were displayed, what action caused the error, etc.
