Update Profile
Use the Update Profile page to organize your personal contact information. The Colorado Public Utilities Commission may use this information when they need to know how best to get in touch with you. The Update Profile page is divided into four tabs, each with its own type of information.

Logon Tab
Logon ID. The logon id must be a minimum of 6 characters long.

Retype Logon ID. The retype logon id field must match the logon id field.

New Password. You need not fill in this field unless you wish to change your existing password.

Retype New Password. The retype new password field must match the new password field.

Contact Tab
The name field is broken down into several parts as follows: E-mail Address. Enter your business e-mail address. All correspondence and confirmations will be sent to this address.

Phone Number. Enter a phone number where you may be reached during normal business hours.

Fax Number. Enter a phone number where a fax message may be sent to you during normal business hours.

Address Tab
The address tab includes space for two different addresses: a mailing address and a physical address. Street Address. (2 fields) Enter your current street address. You may use up to two fields if your address is lengthy or if you have a PO box and a street address.

Zip. Enter the zip code of your current work address. The E-Filings system uses a smart zip code. If the zip code you enter is known to us, the city and state fields will automatically be updated with the appropriate values.

City. Enter the name of the city where you currently work.

State. Choose the state where you currently work.

Attorney Tab
Attorney Status. Choose the one option that best describes you: I am not an attorney, I am an attorney but not admitted to practice in Colorado or I am a Colorado attorney.

Enter your state of Colorado bar number. If you checked the I am a Colorado attorney checkbox, be sure to fill in this field with your Colorado bar number.

Buttons
Update Profile. Use the update profile button to commit your changes to the database.

Cancel. If at any time you wish to stop making changes on the page, press the Cancel button. You will be returned to the filing center page.

Delete Account. If at any time you wish to stop using the E-Filings system to either file documents with the Colorado PUC, or to stop receiving service of process via the system, press the Delete Account button. You will be asked to provide a reason for deleting your account before deleting it.

After you delete your account you will no longer be able to access your filings via the E-Filings system.
