Use the Search page to find home owners associations and management companies that have
been registered with the Colorado Division of Real Estate (see figure 1).

To begin a new search, click on the Search button located to the left hand side
of the screen. Fill in the fields with the values you want to search for and
click the Run button. The system searches the database to find the information
that you have requested.
In general, the more options you specify, the narrower the results will be.
If you find that you're just not getting the results you want, try loosening
up the search and specifying fewer search options.
When the system completes it's search for home owners associations, the search
results are listed beneath the search control. Note that the name of the
association is a hotlink and clicking on it displays a detailed report of
the given HOA.

To search for home owners associations, choose
the Associations option from the Search for drop down box.
Several home owners association-specfic fields are provided to help you quickly locate the
associations you are looking for:

If you know the association name, or just part of if, you may enter it here.
If you know only part of the association name, be sure to use the *
(asterisk) character before and after the parts you know.

| Secretary of State Number |
Each home owners association is assigned a unique number by the office of the
Colorado Secretary of State. Enter the number into the field provided if you
know it.

To search for management companies, choose
the Management Companies option from the Search for drop down box.
Several management company-specfic fields are provided to help you quickly locate the
management company you are looking for:

If you know the first name of the agent, or just part of if, you may enter it here.
If you know only part of the name, be sure to use the *
