When an HOA's annual revenue exceeds $5,000.00, a small registration fee is owed to the Division of Real Estate. When you register such an HOA, you have the option of paying the required registration fee at the time of registration, or at a later time (as when you are registering multiple HOAs at the same time and prefer to pay for all registrations once).

The receipt displays a brief recap of the filing including the filing number, the date and time of the filing, the proceeding number of the proceeding and a list of the documents filed. A condensed version of the certificate of service is also printed. You may view the entire certificate by clicking on the Print Certificate button.

Print Certificate	Displays a copy of the certificate of service in its own window.
Print	Displays a standard Windows print dialog that allows you to obtain a hard copy of the receipt.
Detailed Receipt	Prints a detailed version of the receipt.
Done	Returns to the Filing Center.
