Use the Logon Form to access your account on the Department of Real Estate's Home Owners Association Registration system. To log on, type your logon id and password into the fields provided and press the Logon button.

If you are unable to log on, check your logon id and password and try again. If you aren't sure what your password is, you can request a reminder by pressing the Password Reminder button located toward the left-hand side of the screen.

If you don't yet have a logon id, you can create one by filling out the HOA Contact Registration wizard. The registration wizard is accessed by pressing the HOA Contact Registration button located toward the left-hand side of the screen.

Toward the left side of the screen you will see the following:

• Sign In: Click here to go to the Logon Form
• Password Reminder: Click here if you have already created a Logon to the system and have forgotten that information, Click here to have this information emailed to you. Please do not request a new user ID, if you have already used the online system.
• HOA Contact Registration: Click here if this is the first time you have used the system and need to request a user id before continuing. Click on HOA Contact Registration to create a Logon that you will use every time you visit this site.
• Search: Click here if you want to search the Division of Real Estate's extensive database of HOA registrations.
