If you've never used the Home Owners Association Registration system before, you need to sign up.
Use the Registration option located on the left hand side of the screen.
When you register home owners associations with the Colorado Department of Real Estate
Home Owners Association Registration system, there is a fee to register associations
that exceed $5,000.00 in annual income. The fee to submit these types of associations is $8.00
per submission. You must pay this fee for each home owners association that you register.
You will need Internet access and a standard Internet browser to use the
online system. No other special software or hardware is required.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later is strongly recommended.
The online system is accessible from 1:00am through midnight every day.
You must have a valid Logon ID and account before you will be able to use
the Home Owners Association Registration system. Use the Registration option located toward
the left hand side of the screen to sign up.
You generally are able to access the Home Owners Association Registration system immediately after signing up.
If you have a valid online account for the Home Owners Association Registration System,
you can use the Password Reminder option located toward the
left hand side of the screen to receive an email reminder of
your Password. This reminder will be sent to the email address
on file for your online account.
Accounts that have not had any activity for 24 months will be
deactivated. You must contact the Administrator
to re-activate your account.

Access to the online system is available only to those individuals
with a valid Logon ID and Password. Starting with the logon page, all
transactions sent to and from the online system are encrypted. All
passwords and other sensitive information are stored in an
encrypted form.
Refer to the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agency's Privacy Policy for
more information on how your information is handled during processing.
Your personal information (phone number, email address, etc.) will only be
used by the online system and the Colorado Division of Real Estate to
correspond with you concerning your registrations.
If you encounter a system error, please contact the Colorado Division of Real Estate. Please be ready to provide as much
information about the error as possible. Include any specific error
messages that were displayed, what action caused the error, etc.
