The Disclosure Center is displayed to users just after logging in.
It shows you the most important information that the system offers. With
it, you can track the status of your registrations, track transfer requests
and make payments.
The disclosure center appears similar to the example displayed in figure 1, below.

Use the information displayed here to quickly act on issues that require your immediate attention.
There are three types of reminders:
- Pending registrations. HOA registrations that have been started but have not yet been completed.
- Unpaid registrations. If you registered an HOA that earns more than $5,000.00 annually, you must pay a registration fee.
- Pending renewals. After one year, each HOA registration must be renewed.
Clicking on the hot link listed with a reminder takes you to the appropriate place in the
system so that you may address the issue that raised the reminder.
|
There are two types of HOA transfers:
- Requests to Transfer HOAs to Me. Initiated by users, a request remains in this list until it is
acted upon by the person currently responsible for the HOA.
- Requests to Transfer My HOAs to Someone Else. When a request is displayed here, another
user has made a request to manage an HOA you are currently responsible for.
To respond to these requests, click on the Status hot link located toward the
right of each line.

This section contains a complete list of the HOAs you have registered with the
Colorado Division of Real Estate. It does not display HOAs that you registered
but have subsequently been transfered to another agent.
When a problem exists for an HOA, the Status column displays the nature of the
problem in red. Clicking on it takes you to the page that allows you to resolve the problem.
