A. It Is Ordered That:
1. A remote hearing on the proposed rules and related matters shall be held as follows:
DATE: September 19, 2022
TIME: 9:00 a.m. until no later than 5:00 p.m.
PLACE: By video conference using Zoom.
2. At the time set for hearing in this matter, interested persons may present comments orally unless the Commission deems oral presentation unnecessary.
3. The public comment hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures set forth in this Decision.
4. Participants who wish to provide oral comments at the remote public comment hearing must follow the instructions stated above.
5. Individuals may not attend the public comment hearing in-person, because the building containing the Commission's offices and hearing rooms is closed to the public.
6. Interested persons may participate in the public comment hearing by telephone or video-conference using the information provided in this Decision.
7. When joining the public comment hearing, participants are required to enter their full name when prompted to do so through Zoom.
8. The Commission may schedule additional hearings if necessary.
9. The Commission encourages interested persons to file written comments in this Proceeding (21R-0449G) through its E-Filings System at:

10. The Commission will consider all submissions, whether oral or written.
11. This Decision is effective upon its Mailed Date.
