Help - DORA Job Classifications Report

This report lists the job classifications in effect at DORA during the payout calculation. Only employees eligible for performance awards have been included. This report contains the following columns:

Job Classification, Description and Grade
The job classification code and corresponding title and pay grade in effect at the time of the calculation.
 
Minimum and Maximum Salary
Minimum and Maximum salaries as determined by the pay grade for the fiscal year shown. The Maximum Salary is also referred to as "Pay Range Max" or "Range Max" and is used in the calculation of base building awards.
 
Occupational Group and Salary Survey Adjustement
Salary Survey Adjustment is the percentage increase (or decrease) in salary as recommended in the Total Compensation Survey for the fiscal year shown. If actual July salaries are not available to use in the payout calculation, this percentage is applied to the current monthly salary to compute the estimated July salary. If actual July salaries are available, then this percentage is assumed to be included in the base monthly salary for July.
