Use the detailed page to supply your contact information. (see figure 1).

Supply a value for each field and press the Continue button when you are satisfied that the information you entered is correct. Each section is described in more detail in what follows.

I am a Colorado attorney Indicate whether you are an attorney AND whether you are licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado. If you are an attorney but are licensed in a state other than Colorado, you may still file using the E-Filings system if:
  • You represent yourself in matters before the commission
  • --or--
  • You have been invited to participate by an attorney licensed in the state of Colorado AND you have filed for and received pro hac vice status for each docket in which you expect to participate.
Enter your state of Colorado bar number This is an optional field that you fill in only when you have answered yes to the previous question. Enter your bar number.
Others file on my behalf Choose yes if someone other than you (e.g., an attorney) will file on your behalf or if you have staff members that file on your behalf.
I am the administrator of a non-closely held business If you manage or are responsible for the legal filings of a non-closely held business, choose yes. Choose no if you operate a small business and will be handling your own legal filings.
Enter the name of the business you represent If you answered yes to the question administrator of a non-closely held business, supply the name of the business here. If you were notified of the need to register by mail, supply the name of the business as it appears on your invitation letter.
I have filed previously with the PUC If you have filed with the PUC at any time in the past, choose yes, otherwise choose no. If you choose yes, we will try to match you up with your previously filed documents so that you may access them using this system.
Preferred method of service Indicate how you prefer to receive service of process. Note: Because this is a preference, you may not necessarily receive service based on this method.

Navigation Buttons
The navigation buttons appear on each page of the wizard and allow you to move from one page to the next and back again. Each button is described in more detail:
Back The back button navigates to the Detailed page.
Continue Navigates to the Invitations page of the wizard.
Cancel Returns to the E-Filings homepage without saving any information.
