Under the section labeled Returning Online Services Customers enter the
email address used to open the account into the box labeled Email Address.
Press the Email Password button. Your password will be sent to the email
address you provided.

Settlement service means any service provided in connection with
a real estate settlement including but not limited to the following:
- Title searches
- Title examinations
- The provision of title certificates
- Title insurance
- Services rendered by an attorney
- The preparation of title documents
- Property surveys
- The rendering of credit reports or appraisals
- Real estate appraisal services
- Home inspection services
- Services rendered by a real estate broker
- Pest and fungus inspections
- The origination of a loan
- The taking of a loan application
- The processing of a loan
- Underwriting and funding of a loan
- Escrow handling services
- The handling of the processing
- Closing of settlement
The disclosures to the Commission required by Section 12-61-113.2 (3) and (4)
shall be made in a form or manner required by the Commission and shall be:
- At the time of a new application for active licensure or at the time of
activation of an inactive license, the licensee shall disclose to the
Commission the names of all affiliated business arrangements to which the
licensee is a party. The written disclosure shall include the physical
location of the affiliated business.
- Upon the transfer of an active license to another brokerage firm, the
active licensee shall disclose to the Commission the names of all affiliated
business arrangements to which the licensee is a party. The written disclosure
shall include the Date Assigned: 12/11/2007 1:30:15 PM (GMT-7:00) Mountain
Standard Time.
If you have never used the online AFBA system before, you will need to create an account by entering the numeric portion of your Colorado Real Estate license number in the box labeled license number. This box is located under the New Online Services Customer section of the web site. After entering your license number press the continue button and follow the on screen prompts to create a new account.
Real Estate Agents and Brokers licensed in the State of Colorado may use this system to file their required affiliation disclosure reports.
When you file your affiliations with the Colorado Affiliated Business Online Services system, there is never a fee
to file.
You will need Internet access and a standard Internet browser to use the
online system. No other special software or hardware is required.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or later is recommended.
The online system is accessible from 1:00am through midnight every day.
If your email address changed as a result of your move, you must re-register with your new email address. However, if your email address stays the same, your account stays with you regardless of the brokerage you work for.
Accounts that have not had any activity for 24 months will be
deactivated. You must contact the Colorado Affiliated Business Online Services Administrator
to re-activate your account.

Access to the online system is available only to those individuals
with a valid Logon ID and Password. Starting with the logon page, all
transactions sent to and from the online system are encrypted.
All passwords and other sensitive information are stored in an
encrypted form.
Refer to the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies' Privacy Policy for
more information on how your information is handled during processing.
Your personal information (phone number, email address, etc.) will only be
used by the online system and the Colorado Division of Real Estate to
correspond with you concerning your affiliation reports with
the State of Colorado.
If you encounter a system error, please contact the Colorado Division of
Real Estate. Please be ready to provide as much
information about the error as possible. Include any specific error
messages that were displayed, what action caused the error, etc.
