  • good speakers, good topics make sure presenters have readable handouts
  • workplace issues were good sessions, could provide more training on those issues
  • too many really grat presentations to take in. Could we duplicate them throughout the conference or possibly videotape them?

  • have cyber cafe open after sessions have sandwiches as an option for lunch, so participants can grab and go walk or take other break have coffee at morning breaks
