- relevent to current state remember continous learning good enough is okay
- makes you look at yourself. drives home important points. reminds us of who we are

Comments on the weak points of sessions |

- express anger in an appropriate way
- too much powerpoint
- environment room temp, chairs
- she could have spent mroe time on the quiz and explanations
- presentation might involve more audience feedback
- could of slowd down and explained in more detail give more examples

- could be longer, more in depth
- this was too short, this could be a 3 hour session

- no weak points, just not enough time to discuss topic in detail
- problem solving steps wasnt able to be covered for time constraint
- went through presentation too fast, if has too much, then she should limit topic to voer it in more detail
- presentor tone of voice and overall style "all right' over use of "okay"
- speaker was too loud isnt this all just tied into self esteem, reading slides, needs to expand more on slides, paper is such small type, needed slides to see it all

How could these sessions be improved? |

- more time
- more real life examples instead of mostly powerpoint
- a little longer
- more interactio between audience/presenter,
- maybe talk in more detail and not try to go through so much in little time
- breakout sessions/exercises longer than 1 hour
- this session was overall good, could easily be a keynote topic
- allow more time for subject
- the session should have been 1 1/2 hr long
- more time or less info
