- handout didnt match slide show
- over generalizing
- sound, could hear michelle at times
- would have liked to see overall statutes for the state, planned retention and state plans for dealy
- could have been longer
- have all conten included in handout, including 2 copies of pages that are used to write on, so they could be used again
- more time
- not all slides were in hand out
- some did not particpate
- uninformed about sections or govt worker
