  • handout didnt match slide show
  • over generalizing
  • sound, could hear michelle at times
  • would have liked to see overall statutes for the state, planned retention and state plans for dealy
  • could have been longer
  • have all conten included in handout, including 2 copies of pages that are used to write on, so they could be used again
