  • Great presenter. I got so much out of this 1 hour I could swear it was 3! I left with good concepts and methods for building trust. Best session so far!
  • Good interactive session
  • Fun & relevant. Loved the mouse trap exercise :o)
  • Low trust = elevation of slowness to get things down
  • Michelle did a great job delivering this class! I wa very impressed with the way she cought the attention of the participants and kept our attention
