  • Missed defining SOA - many were lost on that around me
  • Not enough specifics
  • Complex issue to understand
  • Too much info. Speaker too fast. I'm betting it was done to try and get through a huge volume of info
  • More practical/real info examples in state government; more detailed examples
  • Some contraditcions regarding government & where to start; perhaps I needed more background
  • This is probably a subject that requires more time. Too much date compression
