Missed defining SOA - many were lost on that around me
Not enough specifics
Complex issue to understand
Too much info. Speaker too fast. I'm betting it was done to try and get through a huge volume of info
More practical/real info examples in state government; more detailed examples
Some contraditcions regarding government & where to start; perhaps I needed more background
