| Question: |
Please give us your comments on the strong points of this conference and tell us how the conferene could be improved in future years: |
| |
- Very diverse topics, favorite was lessons learned on DNC
- Good networking opportunities. Great vendor nights.
- Speakers have extensive experience and strong leadership skills. Conference very well organized.
- Social networking could be improved by expanding opportunities beyond gambling and alcohol - how about a couple of WII stations?
- The session lengths were good - long enough for good information transfer without triggering my restless leg syndrome.
- Continue the great work.
- Good interation with other dept staff/vendors.
- I really enjoyed the conference which gave us insight of lots of new technologies and practices in the management/development world.
- Allowing more options for classes by making them shorter (1 hour). Vendor Night was great, getting to meet new people.
- Great Vendor Nights and opportunities to network with othe OIT people.
- Each time slot had a great variety option of sessions.
- The 1st day of the conference seemed rushed. I would like to see it start sooner.
- Networking, Vendor Night
- Would like "Project Management" sessions ar each breakout. (Liked that there were a variety of topics for each breakout time)
- All sessions were relevant but intelligence expanding. Put session documents online for future reference.
- So many of the presentations are vague and general that it's had for me to tell what they're about. I think it might be worth reconsidering letting the speakers go specific to their own companies, letting them be very specific in their talks.
- Great sessions!
- The conference was setup w/a wide variety of topics, very well planned.
- The only issue I had was trying to decide which of two classes to attend.
- The topics were stronger than this. The lodging was close to inadequate, dated, no desks, no chairs, etc...
- Knowledge of the people in the session was great. The vendors were friendly and made you want to listen to what they had to say.
- Overview by Mike Locatis. Lots of sessions to choose from - variety.
- Like the number of sessions. Would like to see more sessions from agencies.
- Ken was the shining star of the conference!
- The conference was well organized and managed. :o)
- Same type of room for everyone and NO ONE is slighted. Free secure WiFi in all rooms. No hiking to every place.
- It was great
- 1st timer...what took me so long? I'm solid not!
- The food was good. Sessions were better towards the end.
- Strong:Good speakers, session rooms were comfortable, cyber cafe, great vendor night facilities, good meals.
Weak:The multi-building complex was a little confusing, disappointing meal facilities & staff.
- Well organized & good prestations. Casino/karaoke fun (open bars) - good team building.
- Very well organized, moved very smooth. For future: interactive sessions, small break out groups. Would be interested in sitting on the planning committee or helping out. Can also help with FatWire.
- Well planned out.
- The location seemed to be a bit spread out.
- I really enjoyed the vendor night. I was able to make several needed contacts for the applications I am needing.
- Stong Points:Vendor displays & breakouts. Improvements: portray and discuss Legacy systems with respect.
- Enjoyed conference and meeting staff from other agencies.
- Loved the format.
