- duane is an excellent presenter, people oriented, the use of everyday actual scenarios as examples were very effective

- overlap w/ breakout session

- better handout that is readable
- have presentor avoid saying they usually have more time
- longer time to address
- this was a refresher on material i've received in other seminars, couldnt read slides
- presentation was too rushed
