  • duane is an excellent presenter, people oriented, the use of everyday actual scenarios as examples were very effective

Comments on the weak points of sessions
  • overlap w/ breakout session
  • make it longer

  • better handout that is readable

  • this was a refresher on material i've received in other seminars, couldnt read slides
