All Distance Education Courses started on or after January 1, 2004 must be AQB/IDECC approved!
The following list of course providers have been approved by the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers to offer at least one course in appraiser education. The Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers may not have approved all courses offered by the providers on this list. Also, this list is not a complete list of all course providers that have been approved. Please check with the specific course provider of the course you wish to take to be sure the course has been approved by the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers for appraiser education.
