RADON

Radon has been proven to be a human lung carcinogin. Prolonged exposure can cause lung cancer. Many homes in Colorado contain some level Radon gas. All homes below the level of a third story should be tested for Radon according to the U. S. Surgeon General and the EPA.

Most homes don’t have a Radon problem and testing for radon is easy to do. If levels of Radon above the established thresholds are found, mitigation techniques are readily available.
