Disiplinary Action

Section 12-61-905(7)(b), C.R.S. states the board, upon its own motion may, and, upon the complaint in writing of any person, shall, investigate the activities of any licensee or any person who assumes to act in such capacity within the state. After conducting the requisite investigations and in order to preserve a fair and competitive marketplace, while protecting the Colorado consumer, the Director has consummated the following disciplinary action. The following list of disciplinary records is only representative of discipline issued by the Mortgage Loan Originator Program for the year of 2011. This list should not be considered a complete history of discipline for a licensee. Denied Mortgage Loan Originators

The Division of Real Estate received applications for registration or licensure from the following individuals.
