FOR ALL INTERSTATE MOTOR CARRIERS, MOTOR PRIVATE CARRIERS,
The UCR Agreement also applies if you offer services as a freight forwarder, broker, or leasing company and you make arrangements for the transportation of cargo and goods in interstate or international commerce. To avoid delays it is highly recommended that you register on-line at www.ucr.in.gov. Payments may be made on-line using MasterCard, Visa or e-Check. To register by mail, please use the UCR Form and Instruction Sheet available on this website. Payments by mail must be made by certified check or money order made payable to the “Colorado Public Utilities Commission.” Please place your FF, MC or USDOT # on the front of your check. Mail the certified check or money order together with your completed UCR application form to: Public Utilities Commission |
