Motor carriers are generally required to keep records pertaining to their compliance with federal and/or state safety regulations. The forms listed below are made available to assist motor carriers with recordkeeping compliance. As a regulated motor carrier it is your responsibility to know the rules by which you are regulated and, as such, the records you are required to maintain. The forms are not intended as a substitute for compliance with the PUC’s rules or the federal regulations. Other safety-related forms may be available from other sources. |
