No-Call Rules
The
Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is responsible for the administration of the
Colorado No-Call List program. In 2002, Colorado No-Call List rules were implemented
and the No-Call List was extended to include wireless telephone service subscribers
in 2003.
The basis and purpose of the no-call rules is to provide readers with a better understanding of the Colorado No-Call List program and how it operates within the state. The rules provide further oversight for the Colorado No-Call List program and are for consumers, telemarketers, local exchanged carriers, and the designated agent who administers the program on behalf of the Colorado Public Utilities Commission.
