documents to be discussed at September 14, 2006 Task Force meeting:
ExecutiveDirectorRFPMasterDraft.pdf – This file is a draft of the RFP for the 9-1-1 Resource Center Director that we will be looking to fill the first part of 2007.
ArticlesofIncorporation3.pdf – This is the draft of the official Articles of Incorporation for the resource center that will be filed with the state.
BylawsColorado911ResourceCenter3.pdf – These are the initial By Laws for the Resource Center that spell out how the Resource Center operates and elects board members.
Wirelessterminationofcostsletter.pdf – This letter is a proposed template to be used by all authorities as a means of providing Qwest the backup they need to terminate all cost recovery payments to wireless carriers. We will discuss this issue further on Thursday as part of the tariff discussion.
