Status of Rulemaking
Rules adopted in rulemaking are not effective until 20 days following publication in the Colorado Register (which is published the 10th and 25th of every month). Emergency rules may be effective immediately or such other time specified by Commission decision.
As of May 1, 2010, this listing of rulemaking will not be updated for new rulemaking. The Commission's new E-Filings System (EFS) provides for subscription to notice of rulemaing. At the same time, you may also register to make e-filings with the Commission.
The EFS is rich with tools for researching all docketed filings made at the Commission. |
