15. Discussion of Recommendations - Task Force

The Task Force engaged in consideration and discussion of the various proposed recommendations. Ultimately, the Task Force adopted four recommendations. Additionally, the Task Force agreed that the issue regarding the shortage in the electric utility industry of specialized and highly trained workers is becoming critical. Therefore, the Task Force decided to bring this issue to the attention of the Governor and the General Assembly, and to encourage the use of all available state resources in addressing the shortfall.
