Notices of Pending Petitions for Approval of Interconnection Agreements and Amendments
As of May 1, 2010, these listings of petitions will not be updated for new applications.
The Commission's new E-Filings System (EFS) provides for subscription to notice of rulemaing. At the same time, you may also register to make e-filings with the Commission. The EFS is rich with tools for researching all docketed filings made at the Commission.
 

Notices are removed after the agreement is approved. If approved by a decision, the decisions, agreements and amendments, and the effective date, are listed with the agreement filings in running logs in MS-Word for Wireline | Wireless If allowed to go into effect by operation of law (BOOL), the effective date is shown on the log.
