Though the Commission's E-Filing System, you may now directly search PUC case management records and documents for Fixed Utilities New Applications, Petition, and Advice Letters filings. As of 2009, Advice Letters receive a "proceeding" number designation of AL (e.g. 09AL-299E).

Notes on notice through E-Filings of applications, petitions and advice letter filings: 

• Please direct any correspondence and pleadings in regard to these filings to the attention of our Director, Doug Dean.

• For Advice Letters with 14 day notice, please be advised that the item may appear on the Commissions' Weekly Agenda prior to the notice expiration, because the meeting occurs only once per week. If you are planning to request a hearing regarding an Advice Letter filing, please make the filing early in the notice period, to ensure the item does not become effective by operation of law.

• Compliance filings will not appear on the Commissioners Weekly Meeting Agenda.
