State law gives the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) the authority to regulate the rates and services of public utilities within the state. By law, public utilities are defined as electric, common carrier, pipeline, gas, telephone, telegraph and water corporations that supply their services to the public.
From here viewers may access newly posted industry information that may include annual reports and forms, notices of industry rulemaking, and/or reports concerning utilities from the Federal government.
