Consumer Complaints
If you have a problem with your existing utility service you may fill out an On Line Complaint form.
The On Line Complaint form is designed to request the Commission's help with a specific problem you have with your utility. Some common types of problems are billing errors, disconnections, unauthorized changes to your account, missing payments or repair problems.
The On Line Complaint form only should be used if you have already contacted your utility and been unable to resolve your problem. The Commission will review your problem and provide a response - usually within two weeks.
Do not file an On Line Complaint if you have not discussed your problem with your utility first.
Do not file an On Line Complaint if you only want to register your opinion about a Commission decision or proposed rate change. You may register your opinion by filing an On Line Comment form (see the instructions below).
