Agendas are now provided in our E-Filings system:

• access meeting Agendas and Minutes via the 2012 repository Docket No. 12M-001AGENDA (see button at left);

• register in E-Filings and subscribe to receive notice of Agendas and Minutes via email, (see graphic at left); or,

• search E-Filings for Meetings using date criteria - { search E-Filings }
  (you may save a search in order to have the E-Filings system email you when new meetings that meet the criteria of your search are available)

The deadline for filing items for Commission consideration is 5 p.m. each Tuesday of the week prior to the Commissioners’ Weekly Meeting. ONLY EMERGENCY matters will be placed on an addendum.

When a Commissioners' Weekly Meeting is scheduled to occur on a Tuesday, the deadline for filing items for Commission consideration on an emergency addendum is Monday at 12 p.m.

The deadline for filing emergency addendum items is 12 p.m. on Tuesday the week of the meeting. If you sent a copy of your filing by facsimile transmission (fax) and your filing needs to be on the agenda, your E-Filing or hardcopy must be received at the PUC by 12 p.m. on Tuesday the week of the Commissioners’ Weekly Meeting. Only E-Filings and hardcopy filings are official filings, which are placed on the Commissioners’ Weekly agenda. These deadlines are enforced. Filings will be placed on a particular agenda at the discretion of the Commission. Help us help you by filing on time!

The Commissioners' Weekly Meeting (CWM) is usually held on Wednesdays. The CWM agenda is usually e-filed on the Friday morning before the scheduled meeting.

Meeting / hearing room locations may be switched without notice. So, please check both webcasts for the hearing or meeting you are seeking.
