"Electronic Filing at the PUC" |
The Public Utilities Commission has launched a new, voluntary electronic filing system. The new system, once fully implemented, will reduce paperwork, cut costs and be much more convenient for filing parties. For an interim period hard copy filings remain the official files while we work to ensure that all features of the system are working as expected. After the initial phase, all filings may be exclusively submitted and distributed electronically. Among the benefits of the electronic filing system:
Access the Electronic Filing System by clicking HERE, or by pressing the like named button to the left. The Commission has commenced rulemaking to implement a web-based process for the electronic submission of filings, pleadings, and other papers and service of process in docketed proceedings.
