The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) is available to assist consumers. If you have a question about or are experiencing a problem with a PUC regulated industry, staff is available to talk to you and offer assistance between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call the PUC Consumer Line at 303-894-2070 or 1-800-456-0858, if calling outside the Denver metro area, but within Colorado.
Each year, PUC staff helps thousands of consumers, assisting them with answers to questions and, when necessary, serving as an intermediary in resolving problems with utilities and other regulated companies. Consumer Assistance staff are highly trained and understand public utility regulation.

The Complaint Summary Reports button leads viewers to statistical information about complaints that the PUC has received concerning regulated utilities, as well as monthly and annual reports, savings to consumers, and a listing of companies involved in the disputes.
