Who must register? Any person or entity located in Colorado that engages in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs. This includes, but is not limited to the following: repackagers, own-label distributors, private-label distributors, jobbers, brokers, warehouses, manufacturers' exclusive distributors, authorized distributors of record, drug wholesalers or distributors, independent wholesale drug traders, specialty wholesale distributors, pharmacy buying cooperative warehouses, retail pharmacies that conduct wholesale distribution, and chain pharmacy warehouses.

Who must register? Any person or entity located outside of Colorado that engages in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs into the state of Colorado. This includes, but is not limited to the following: repackagers, own-label distributors, private-label distributors, jobbers, brokers, warehouses, manufacturers' exclusive distributors, authorized distributors of record, drug wholesalers or distributors, independent wholesale drug traders, specialty wholesale distributors, pharmacy buying cooperative warehouses, retail pharmacies that conduct wholesale distribution, and chain pharmacy warehouses.
