
Peer Assistance
Colorado State Board of Pharmacy Peer Health Assistance Diversion Program:
The program is available to all licensed Colorado pharmacists and interns who have physical, emotional, psychological, or substance abuse problems.
Program services provided include evaluation, assessment and referral, treatment monitoring, support groups and prevention education programs.
There is no fee for evaluation, assessment and referral or treatment monitoring. These program services are funded for Colorado pharmacists and their families through a portion of license fees. Fees for treatment, therapy or drug testing services are the responsibility of the pharmacist or intern.
The Colorado State Board of Pharmacy contracts with Peer Assistance Services, Inc. to provide services.
Anyone may make a referral to Peer Assistance Services.
