Notice to Licensees Requesting Verification of License

Verifications of Licensure include the licensee name, license number and status, original date of issue, basis of licensure, last renewal date, expiration date, and disciplinary action, if applicable. Examination scores are no longer provided by this department. However, licensees may access the following websites for score verifications:


The Board of Psychologist Examiners consists of seven members who are residents of Colorado.  Three of the members are licensed Psychologists, and the remaining four are chosen from the general public.
